Ruth has over 35 years experience in clinical dietetics, food service administration, rehabilitation community health, private practice, hospital and rest homes.
Her background is complemented by secondary and tertiary level nutrition education and fitness industry related subjects.
Ruth specialises in; aged care nutritional diseases, rehabilitation and educational services.
- Menu and nutritional audits.
- Patient/resident audits
- Knowledge of dining and quality eating environment evaluations
- One on one dietary consultation of individuals/residents.
- Experience in the design, development and maintenance of educational resources
